Job Description

Senior HSE Engineer / Manager (10-15 Years of Experience) Location: Dubai, UAE Job Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local and international regulations. Conduct risk assessments, hazard analysis, and site inspections to identify potential safety issues and recommend corrective actions. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, Dubai Municipality regulations, and international HSE standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OSHA, etc.) . Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Oversee HSE audits and reports, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees, contractors, and site personnel to promote a strong safety culture. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and authorities to ensure all safety requirements are met on construction sites. Implement emergency response plans, fire safety protocols, and environmental protection measures . Monitor and report HSE performance metrics to senior management and recommend continuous improvement strategies. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. 10-15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction, engineering, or architecture sectors . Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor are preferred. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, construction safety standards, and environmental policies . Experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and investigations . Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive HSE initiatives across multiple teams. Proficiency in HSE software and reporting tools is an advantage. Seniority level
