Partner with the best As Health, Safety and Environment Lead Specialist, you'll lead a highly motivated team of skilled specialists ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance with our HSE standards. You'll interact directly with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met. You'll develop functionality and continuous improvement of our innovative HSE program. As a Health, Safety and Environment Lead Specialist, you will be responsible for: -Develop and Implement HSE Programs: Design and enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace and environmental compliance. Update and improve HSE programs as needed. -Compliance and Auditing: Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with local, customer, and corporate regulations. Prepare and maintain required documentation. - Risk Assessment: Identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks. - Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for employees on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure employees are aware of and understand safety standards. - Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace accidents and incidents. Identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. - Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance. Maintain accurate records of all HSE activities. - Emergency Response: Develop and coordinate emergency response plans. Conduct drills and training to ensure readiness. - Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSE practices. Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes. Fuel your passion. To be successful in this role you will: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 10 years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety. Relevant certifications are highly desirable. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, preferably in the service industry. - Knowledge of incident investigation techniques and in-vehicle monitoring systems. - Good presentation skills. - Arabic speaker is a plus. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software. - Work experience in Middle East.
