In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical operations analysis and project support for our health-related initiatives.Our ideal candidate enjoys handling complex tasks, bringing creative solutions to the table, and working with teams from diverse backgrounds and cultures.   • Evaluating and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the health operation process
  • Establishing appropriate metrics and reporting systems to measure the performance of team members and other stakeholders in the health operations process
  • Developing and executing comprehensive health data collection and analysis plans to identify operational trends, as well as opportunities for improvement
  • Designing and conducting surveys to collect qualitative and quantitative data on health plans, including customer satisfaction surveys
  • Monitoring health operation performance and recommending process improvements and workflow revisions based on observations
  • Assisting with special projects (e.g., process mapping) when needed
  • Providing input to the development of appropriate tools, templates, and systems to improve health operations
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Health Operations Analyst or similar role
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • In-depth understanding of database and programming concepts
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Project management skills
