In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical operations analysis and project support for our health-related initiatives.Our ideal candidate enjoys handling complex tasks, bringing creative solutions to the table, and working with teams from diverse backgrounds and cultures. - Evaluating and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the health operation process
- Establishing appropriate metrics and reporting systems to measure the performance of team members and other stakeholders in the health operations process
- Developing and executing comprehensive health data collection and analysis plans to identify operational trends, as well as opportunities for improvement
- Designing and conducting surveys to collect qualitative and quantitative data on health plans, including customer satisfaction surveys
- Monitoring health operation performance and recommending process improvements and workflow revisions based on observations
- Assisting with special projects (e.g., process mapping) when needed
- Providing input to the development of appropriate tools, templates, and systems to improve health operations
- Proven work experience as a Health Operations Analyst or similar role
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of database and programming concepts
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Project management skills
