- Handle the daily operations in Spa, Health Club, and related areas
- Greet members and guests, answering incoming calls and members enquires in a professional manner
- Monitor and control all stocks and re-order supplies on a regular basis
- Coordinate guests' consultation records with the spa therapists to ensure punctuality of service
- Familiarize with the spa packages, facilities and equipment and note preferences of guests
- Organize and participate in sports & recreations events and activities
- Has a passion for wellness and holistic health
- Has experience working in either a spa or a 5*/International hotel background
- Communicates with fluency in English
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work independently
