: Female Hindi / Urdu Speaking Health Care Assistant or RN with Alzheimer's Care Experience Location: Sharjah, UAE Position: Female Health Care Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Health Care Assistant with specialized experience in Alzheimer's care to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi or Urdu, possess a valid visa, and be willing to commute to Sharjah. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals with Alzheimer's, ensuring their well-being, safety, and comfort. Key Responsibilities: - Personal Care: Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. - Medical Support: Administer prescribed medications, monitor vital signs, and report any changes in health status to the supervising healthcare professional. - Alzheimers Care: Provide specialized care tailored to the needs of Alzheimer's patients, including memory care activities, managing behavioural challenges, and ensuring a safe environment. - Emotional Support: Offer companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive and comforting atmosphere. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care, observations, and progress notes. - Communication: Liaise with families and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support. - Mobility Assistance: Help patients with mobility and exercises as healthcare professionals prescribe. - Hygiene Maintenance: Ensure the patients living environment is clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications and Skills - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in providing care to Alzheimer's patients. - Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi or Urdu. - Visa Status: Must have a valid visa.
