In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs and policies in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate safety measures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on health and safety matters.
• Lead incident investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Deliver training programs on safety-related topics.
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to health and safety.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, regarding health and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth knowledge of local health and safety regulations and standards.
• Experience in implementing health and safety programs in a diverse workplace.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
