We are looking for an Quality Health and Safety Manager for a leading restaurant group with work experience in Restaurant field only. Roles and Responsibilities: . To cultivate and maintain strong client relationships . Assist the leadership team to develop, manage and monitor the QHSE performance of the company. . Monitor and advise on all QHSE matters, issues and concerns to ensure Company compliance with statutory requirements, contractual requirements and good industry practice. . Responsible for Company's QHSE processes and procedures to ensure the Company maintains its accreditations (ISO22000-2018,HACCP etc.) . Responsible for management of and liaison with QHSE auditors to acquire/maintain the accreditations. . Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of systems and procedures, identifying and assisting implementing improvements. Act as Team leader & Subject Matter Expert for QHSE matters. . Produce further analysis and reports as may be required by the Director or management from time to time. . Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion. . To carry out any other duties commensurate with this post as directed by the Managing Director/Management. . Liase with QHSE personnel of all clients and ensure adherence to their needs of compliance. . Demonstrate strong leadership skills to constantly drive safety and quality improvements. . Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner. . Keeps track of lessons learned and shares those lessons with team . Ability to maintain Company integrity through confidentiality and discretion. . Ability to promote the Company at every level and every possible opportunity.
