Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract top talent for various roles.
Utilize recruitment platforms and tools to source and manage candidates.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide comprehensive support throughout the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Identify and address any challenges or obstacles in the recruitment process.
Proactively seek out new clients and business opportunities, playing a key role in business development.
Handle inbound calls from the website, addressing client inquiries and converting leads into clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Undertake miscellaneous tasks or projects as needed to enhance recruitment and sales effectiveness.
Stay informed and updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales.
Requirements
C1 English level, both written and spoken (Must Have)
Minimum of 1+ year of experience in recruitment or related role (Must Have)
Experience working with recruitment platforms and tools (Must Have)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Sales experience and ability to convert leads into clients (Must Have)
Enthusiasm, passion, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email
Flexibility in work schedule and the ability to work independently
Ability to thrive in a startup environment and take initiative as hire number one
