Requirement:

Utilize traditional and innovative methods to source, attract, and engage top talent for positions within the salon, hotel, and retail industries.
Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, referrals, and industry events.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure suitability for specific roles and cultural fit within client organizations.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly
Conduct mystery shopping activities within the designated industries to evaluate customer service standards, employee performance, and overall guest experience.
Identify potential candidates during mystery shopping visits and initiate conversations regarding career opportunities.
Assess candidate suitability based on their performance during mystery shopping visits, including professionalism, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment techniques.
Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools, industry-specific challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Promote the company\'s services and value proposition to clients and candidates, showcasing our expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or headhunting, preferably within the salon, hotel, or retail industries.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
Flexibility to travel for mystery shopping activities and client meetings as needed.
