Requirement:
  • Utilize traditional and innovative methods to source, attract, and engage top talent for positions within the salon, hotel, and retail industries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, referrals, and industry events.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure suitability for specific roles and cultural fit within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Conduct mystery shopping activities within the designated industries to evaluate customer service standards, employee performance, and overall guest experience.
  • Identify potential candidates during mystery shopping visits and initiate conversations regarding career opportunities.
  • Assess candidate suitability based on their performance during mystery shopping visits, including professionalism, product knowledge, and customer interaction skills
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment techniques.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools, industry-specific challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Promote the company\'s services and value proposition to clients and candidates, showcasing our expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or headhunting, preferably within the salon, hotel, or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Flexibility to travel for mystery shopping activities and client meetings as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
