Head Waiter - Lebanese Restaurant (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Waiter to join our team at a high-end Lebanese restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of Lebanese cuisine, and a strong ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a smooth dining experience. Supervise and train waitstaff to maintain high service standards. Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment. Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and ensure timely service. Monitor food presentation and quality before serving guests. Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the dining area. Assist with inventory management and ordering of restaurant supplies. Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and UAE food safety regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Head Waiter / Senior Waiter in a Lebanese or Middle Eastern restaurant. Strong knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and hospitality standards. Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred). Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment. Presentable appearance and strong customer service skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. UAE experience is a plus.
