Head Spa Hairstylist


The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in hairstyling, possess a strong technique in blowdrying and creating diverse styles, and have the drive to learn new skills and techniques as the industry evolves. You will work with a range of clients, from everyday styles to special occasion looks, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform high-quality blowouts, styling, and hair treatments for clients.
• Provide expert guidance and consultation onstyles, and products based on clients' hair types, preferences, and lifestyle.
• Stay updated with the latest hairstyling trends and techniques, including blowdrying, braiding, updos, and special event styles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Assist clients with hair product recommendations for home use, ensuring their styling results are long-lasting.
• Provide clients with personalized service, including pre- and post-treatment hair care advice.
• Be a team player and collaborate with other stylists and salon staff to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional client experience.
• Stay open and eager to learn new techniques, tools, and skills through workshops and training sessions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients.



Requirements :

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hairstyling experience.
• Strong expertise in blowdrying techniques and styling hair for a variety of looks, including curls, waves, sleek styles, updos.
• Knowledge of hair textures, types, and products to deliver custom results for clients.
• Passion for hairstyling with a commitment to learning and staying on top of trends.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to listen to clients needs and offer tailored advice.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, positive attitude.



Preferred Qualifications :

• Familiarity with high-end luxury products and brands.
