Job Title: Head Pastry Chef Location: Bahrain Package: up to 3,000 BHD per month, plus benefits (visa self and spouse, medical etc). Im currently supporting an amazing hospitality group, in Bahrain, with their search for a Head Pastry Chef. The group have a number of incredible concepts under their banner, and have been able to organically expand across the Kingdom. That being said, they are now actively looking to bring on:board an experienced Pastry Chef, to oversee the creation of beautiful, high:end pastries, desserts, cakes, and retail items for one of their most well known venues and concepts. What youll need: * Talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef with experience in bespoke Patisseries / luxury 5* hotels or premium retail outlets * Using the finest ingredients, must be able to create beautiful pieces * Up:to:date with current trends but also able to recreate the traditional favourites * Able to design and cost pastry and dessert menus and items * A real mentor to his / her team and with a passion to train a large and diverse teams
