Develop and test new recipes while continuously enhancing existing ones.
Oversee daily pastry operations, ensuring quality and consistency in presentation and taste.
Managed and trained pastry team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
Monitor stock levels, place orders, and maintain inventory control to avoid shortages and minimize waste.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards in all aspects of pastry preparation and storage.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production and ensure timely service.
Maintain cost control through effective ingredient usage and minimizing waste.
Participate in menu planning, incorporating seasonal ingredients and new trends.
Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and dietary requirements professionally.
