As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our pastry operations, from recipe development and production to staff management and quality control. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in pastry arts and a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced culinary environment. Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a pastry chef role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position
Comprehensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Strong creative skills with the ability to develop unique and appealing pastry recipes
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proven track record of managing costs and maximizing profitability
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
