Our client is part of a larger group in the region, and are looking to hire a Head of Wealth Management to lead a team of wealth managers and expand the business.About the RoleThe Head of Wealth Management role entails numerous responsibilities, with a primary focus on onboarding and managing key clients to grow the firm\'s Assets Under Management (AUM). Additional responsibilities include being in charge and possessing complete ownership of the sales team, setting and managing KPIs and targets, and ensuring that the team is striving towards building a high-performance environment.Our client has ambitious plans to expand the wealth management division, therefore, the Head of Wealth Management should possess the ability to attract high-level talent from their own network.About YouTo be considered for this position, solid experience in the wealth management and private banking industry in the UAE is a must. The successful candidate will not only be able to leverage off their network in the region with regards to on-boarding clients, but also to recruit other excellent wealth managers.The ideal candidate will manage a substantial portfolio of clients and possess the confidence and ability to attract these clients to join them in this new opportunity.
