We are seeking an experienced and skilled

Male Massage Manager & Therapist

specializing in

foot massage, manicure, and pedicure services

to lead our team. This role requires a professional with

strong hands-on expertise

in foot massage and nail care, as well as

management skills

to oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

foot massage, manicure, and pedicure services

at the highest professional level. Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery. Train and mentor staff in

massage techniques, foot care, and hygiene standards

. Maintain a

clean, organized, and professional

workspace. Ensure all services comply with

hygiene and safety regulations

. Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or services as needed. Monitor inventory and ensure all tools and products are well-stocked and maintained.

Requirements:

Proven experience

as a massage therapist specializing in foot massage, manicure, and pedicure. Previous

management or supervisory experience

in a spa or wellness setting is preferred. Certification in

massage therapy and nail care

. Strong knowledge of

foot massage techniques, reflexology, and nail care procedures

. Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Commitment to maintaining

hygiene and cleanliness standards

. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
