With impressive financial results, this reputable corporate is now looking to develop its talent strategy, and hence, have created this new role to oversee the development of talent leadership & learning across its Middle East population.
The Role
This regional role will work with peers, and the executive leadership team, to design, roll out, and embed the corporate talent & leadership development strategy for the business. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the best talent is being retained and developed in line with the company values and their methodology.
The key priorities will be to develop a robust and forward-thinking succession planning methodology and process. You will also build talent programs across all levels in the company, as well as lead a team of Talent professionals.
The Criteria
To be considered for this role, you will be an experienced in-house talent, leadership & learning executive with strong stakeholder management skills.
You will have experience of working in a Consulting capacity as well as leading a Talent mandate for a multinational company.
