Position: Head of Strategic Finance

Location: Sharjah

Reporting To: Chairman

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong background in the automotive industry and proven audit experience. This role will oversee financial management, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Manage month-end and year-end financial close processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards. Conduct financial audits and ensure accuracy in reporting. Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions. Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business objectives. Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in finance and auditing. Strong background in the automotive industry is essential. Hands-on experience with financial reporting, audits, and budgeting processes. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Knowledge of international accounting standards and regulations.
