As an Overall Program Director with Ericsson, you will ensure the fulfillment of contracts, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute meaningfully to the organization's objectives. The role also demands building strong customer relationships across all levels, identifying up-sale opportunities, coaching the team for their professional growth and recognizing talent. Your contribution will also extend to supporting asset development, organizational set-up and growth, with the aim of driving forward our Professional Services culture.What you will do
The role will be the overall Program Director for the account, responsible for Service Delivery across different Service Lines
Will own the P&L for Cloud Software and Services for the account delegated by the Head of Cloud Software and Services
Build and manage Operational relationship with the customer not only on delivery but also post-sales support and excel in management of escalations towards the Business Area
Owns add on sales (expansions, upgrades) and recurrent revenue establishment. Other roles like Customer Project Managers, Solution Architects, etc will drive fulfilment of the target
Will manage financial forecast accuracy and resource demand forecast
Will build and maintain relationship with the Ericsson Customer support organization and secure escalations are handled to assure next sales
- Scope the customer solution in such engagements and identify potential up-sale opportunities.
- Drive the definition of the total customer solution with the assigned solution team.
- Take responsibility for overall program planning and manage all assignments under the specific program.
- Manage the operational relationship with the customer, including contract execution strategy and risk exposure.
- Secure compliance to both contractual and business case requirements.
