We are looking for Head of Sales, who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the GCC region, with a strong emphasis on the UAE. This role requires a results-driven leader with a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the GCC region.
• Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, challenges, and trends in the GCC market, with a specific focus on the UAE.
• Set clear sales goals and objectives, and create actionable plans to meet or exceed these targets.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training and development to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
• Foster a high-performance sales culture that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the GCC region.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Sales Operations and Performance:
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
• Implement and maintain effective sales processes, tools, and systems to support the sales team.
• Market Expansion and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the GCC region.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Head or in a similar senior sales leadership role, preferably in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of the GCC market dynamics, with a particular focus on the UAE.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC region as required.
