Asco Real Estate is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales - Secondary Market to lead our sales division and drive business growth. This is a leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in Dubai's real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the secondary market sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of real estate agents.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within Dubai's real estate market.
In-depth knowledge of the secondary property market and industry trends.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
RERA certification (preferred).
