About the jobOur client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead their Private Label division. This role is critical in driving growth and expanding market share in the highly competitive FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG sales, particularly within the private label market, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales strategy for the private label division- Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners- Develop and implement plans to increase market penetration and revenue- Oversee the sales team, providing leadership and development- Work closely with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the success of new product launches- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunitiesRequirements:- Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 5 years focused on private label products- Proven track record of managing large accounts and leading successful sales teams- Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, particularly in Dubai- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
