Our Client specializes in providing high-end paint protection films and sun protection solutions for luxury cars in the United Arab Emirates. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative/Head of Sales to drive the sales of our specialized products targeting CEOs, business owners, wealthy individuals, and royal clientele.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market share within the luxury car segment.
Identify and cultivate relationships with CEOs, business owners, wealthy individuals, and royal clientele to promote and sell our paint protection films and sun protection solutions.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends to effectively position our products.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the luxury car market.
Provide product demonstrations and technical expertise to clients to showcase the benefits and features of our paint protection films and sun protection solutions.
Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Reporting to India Office on all matters relating to products, pricing, payments etc.
Preparation of reports for monitoring sales trends, growth etc.
Stay up-to-date on advancements in paint protection technology, sun protection solutions, and car accessories to effectively advise clients and address their needs.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Technology/ Polymers/ Business Administration/ Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or luxury goods market.
Strong knowledge of paint protection solutions, sun films, sun protection solutions, and car accessories.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with high-profile clients including CEOs, business owners, and royals.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving results and exceeding sales targets.
Well-groomed and presentable appearance, with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner.
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel within the United Arab Emirates.
Minimum 3 years Validity of Passport or resident of UAE
