Head of Sales - Off-Plan | AZCO Real Estate
AZCO Real Estate is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Sales - Off-Plan to lead and expand our off-plan sales division. This senior leadership role offers an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of Dubai's off-plan property market and strong industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for off-plan properties.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
Identify market trends, emerging projects, and business growth opportunities.
Ensure all sales operations comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
Work closely with the marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements:
Proven track record in a senior sales leadership role within Dubai's off-plan real estate sector.
Extensive knowledge of off-plan projects, developer relations, and market trends.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to drive sales performance, expand market share, and optimize revenue generation.
RERA certification (preferred).
