We are hiring for a

Head of Sales

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Off Plan Head of Sales to join our dynamic team. Job Responsibilities:



Leading and managing a sales team in all aspects of off-plan property sales in the Dubai market. Establishing and nurturing relationships with our top-tier UAE developer partners during the planning phase. Ensuring legal and compliance documentation as per the UAE regulations is correctly handled for each transaction. Developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability. Conducting market research to identify potential investment opportunities in Dubai. Providing consultation to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements. Keeping abreast of Dubai's real estate industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Preparing regular and detailed reports on the status of off-plan projects. Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships with our clients. Training, coaching, and motivating sales team members, setting sales targets, and monitoring the team's performance and metrics.

Role Qualifications:



A minimum of 5 years of experience in Off Plan as a Sales Leadership role or a similar role in Dubai or the UAE. Minimum 3 years' experience of divisional management Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Hindi. Familiarity with the UAE's real estate laws and regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Exceptional negotiation and sales skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
