To drive accelerated Sales growth via delivering excellence in market Sales, availability, visibility and execution in store to produce higher shopper conversion to purchase that will drive consumption.
Monitors and evaluates in store plans ongoing throughout the year, flexing activities as required to reflect any changes in customer/brand environment, and to improve effectiveness and efficiency (ROI),
Monitor the operation of Distributors to ensure that work processes are implemented and can recommend developments
Conduct periodic trade visits to markets to inform and align distributors on new plans and follow up on implementation.
Support Launches and customize go to market material and presentations.
Customize and develop POS, supporting material and solutions as required to support the Master Plan (SP)
Focuses on building ongoing relationships within the customer/distributor to ensure that the level of final execution & compliance in store is best in category
Is the customer expert, feeds information into the wider sales team to ensure that annual plans reflect customer specific priorities (events, key initiatives etc)
Selects, educates and builds relationships with the external providers/ agencies we partner with. Ensures an excellent planning & execution of our trade plans at the point of sales. Able to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
Develops & present regular market intelligence reports and generates insights & retaliation actions if needed
Liaises with Key Accounts at HO/Branch level to address performance review, service improvements & negotiate major activations
Trains & develops distributors sales & merchandising teams and develop needed tools to achieve and maintain Class A execution .
Lead GGM team in the country and develop their capabilities and support their future development .
Experience & Qualifications
Should have 8+ years of FMCG foods experience including being in a managerial role for 4 years .
Strong Go to market Knowledge and understanding
Preferred to have a strong knowledge the snacking category on how it works
