You would be responsible for the Lower gulf.Responsibilities: As the Head of Sales, you will lead the commercial function, focusing on delivering profitable business growth through a solid Go-to-Market strategy that aligns with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating and managing strategic sales planning and marketing initiatives, including analyzing different market sectors, competitor strategies, and optimal routes to market.
Developing and recommending product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize long-term market share and company profitability.
Leading and developing an experienced, high-performing sales team, setting standards across the sales function.
Collaborating with the leadership team to develop a 5-year growth strategy and aligning Go-to-Market strategies with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision.
Establishing strong collaboration across all functions to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Demonstrating exceptional understanding of business and market dynamics in consumer channels.
Training and developing sales personnel to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Setting and tracking key sales KPIs to measure and drive sales activity.
Managing very complex sales operations effectively.
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
18+ years of quality sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on FMCG and devising Go-to-Market strategies.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute growth strategies aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across all functions.
Exceptional understanding of business and market dynamics in consumer channels.
Experience in training and developing sales personnel to drive performance.
Proficiency in setting and tracking key sales KPIs to measure and drive sales activity.
Ability to manage very complex sales operations efficiently.
