Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company objectives and industry trends to drive international revenue and market share growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the entertainment industry, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor and drive sales performance using a data driven approach.
Create and take accountability for accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations addressed to different stakeholders
Manage the entire client experience in the sales process from prospecting to closing deals again and again with an excellence drives success mindset.
Requirements:
MBA or equivalent advanced degree with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the technology or entertainment industries.
Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages is an advantage
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Must have experience in working with international clients for multiple geographies.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
