Job Overview

We are searching for a dynamic

Sales Manager

with expertise in the Dubai travel market to drive revenue, inspire our sales team, and contribute fresh strategies. This individual will lead a small but capable team to exceed targets through innovative sales initiatives and strategic customer engagement

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Dubai market to grow revenue and market share.

Identify new business opportunities and establish valuable partnerships to elevate sales performance.

Guide, mentor, and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Analyse sales performance and market trends, identifying areas for growth and improvement.

Work closely with the Head of Operations to synchronize sales strategies with operational capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the travel industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the Dubai market. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive industry. Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
