The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in the thriving real estate market of Dubai, UAE. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, driving revenue growth, and fostering relationships with key clients. This is a pivotal role that requires a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in sales management and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate sector, building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. - Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business goals. - Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, detailing performance metrics, forecasts, and strategic recommendations. - Manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. - Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. - Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance and optimize sales processes. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and build professional relationships.



Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the real estate industry. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong understanding of the real estate market in Dubai and the broader UAE region. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. - Strong network within the real estate industry is highly desirable.
