Job Description

Our company are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
• Set short-term and long-term sales objectives in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Team Leadership and Development

• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to sales managers and executives.
• Monitor team performance and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Sales Operations Management

• Oversee the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness, including the use of CRM systems.
• Ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of sales metrics to senior management.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and partners.
• Lead negotiations for high-value deals and strategic partnerships.
• Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Market and Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market, including regulations, trends, and demand drivers.
• Provide input to the marketing and development teams on customer needs and market feedback.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Collaboration with Other Departments

• Work closely with marketing to align sales and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the finance team to structure pricing models and payment plans.
• Partner with project management to ensure timely delivery and quality of sold units.

Reporting and Performance Analysis

• Prepare regular sales reports for the CEO and Board of Directors, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and its key customer segments.

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to market changes.
• Multilingual capabilities (English is mandatory; Arabic or other languages are a plus).
