Role Description

Job Type:Full Time

Availability: Immediate

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed sales targets .
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and achieve business objectives
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring continuous growth and development
• Monitor and analyze market trends, staying ahead of industry developments to guide the team and provide clients with the latest insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions and successful closings
• Report on sales performance, KPIs, and provide feedback to senior management on team progress and areas for improvement
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations

REQUIRMENTS

• Minimum 4-10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
