• Sales Strategy and Leadership :
• Architect a Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals.
• Team Building : Build and lead a team of BDMs and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
• Market Expansion : Thrive on selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, and negotiating complex deals.
• Competition : Beat the competition in head-to-head opportunities.
• Business Development :
• Sales Plans : Own all plans and strategies for business development.
• Forecasting and Reporting : Prepare forecasts, KPI reports, and data for organizational planning and strategic decision-making.
• Land and Expand : Create processes for top-down outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion.
• Collaboration and Relationships :
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work collaboratively with Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Inbound Leads : Define inbound lead requirements to meet sales objectives.
