Responsibilities

• Candidate will be leading the company towards driving the growth, profitability, and success.
• You will be responsible for setting and executing the company\'s strategic direction, overseeing operations, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving financial performance.
• Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the company\'s overall direction and growth.
• Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with the company\'s goals and objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Build and nurture a high-performing executive team, providing guidance, mentor ship, and support.
• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
• Set performance goals and objectives for the executive team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Lead the development and execution of the company\'s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry professionals.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments and teams within the organization.
• Make informed decisions, take appropriate actions to address challenges, and capitalize on business opportunities.
