Our client, a prominent name in Real Estate is seeking to hire a Head of Sales for their office based in Dubai.Job Responsibilities:
Candidate will be leading the company towards driving the growth, profitability, and success.
You will be responsible for setting and executing the company's strategic direction, overseeing operations, fostering a positive organizational culture, and driving financial performance.
Provide strategic leadership and vision to guide the company's overall direction and growth.
Develop and implement business strategies, plans, and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Build and nurture a high-performing executive team, providing guidance, mentor ship, and support.
Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
Set performance goals and objectives for the executive team and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, suppliers, and industry professionals.
Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments and teams within the organization.
Make informed decisions, take appropriate actions to address challenges, and capitalize on business opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums to enhance the company's reputation and brand.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
Evaluate and improve operational processes and systems to drive efficiency and productivity.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Education & other requirements:
Bachelor/MBA Degree in any vertical
10 - 15 years relevant experience in Senior Sales role or international consultancy, ideally with knowledge of the local real estate markets in the GCC region.
