Lead and scale the sales department while setting and achieving ambitious sales targets in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that includes new business acquisition, account management, and expansion of existing client relationships.
Build and maintain a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency markets, products, and customer segments.
Identify emerging market opportunities and tailor the sales approach to address these opportunities effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a cohesive customer journey and product offering.

Requirements

Demonstrable success in developing and executing sales strategies and a solid history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
