We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales efforts at a leading firm specializing in company setup, auditing, accounting, advisory, and consulting services. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, overseeing the sales team, and driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, retaining existing clients, and expanding the firm's market share.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales Strategy Development & Execution
• Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed the firm's growth objectives in the areas of company setup, auditing, accounting, advisory, and consulting services.
• Create targeted sales plans for different business units and services based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management on targets, pipeline activity, and progress.
• Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with the company's goals.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills of sales staff.
• Foster a positive, results-driven sales culture within the team.
• Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Drive new business development through strategic partnerships, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Identify and target potential clients across industries for the company's services, with a focus on high-value clients and large-scale projects.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, providing them with consultative advice and solutions that meet their needs.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Market Research & Industry Trends
• Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competition, and client demands.
• Keep abreast of developments in company setup, auditing, accounting, advisory, and consulting services to identify new sales opportunities.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and adapt sales tactics.
• Collaboration with Other Departments
• Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from the sales process to service delivery, maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
• Partner with the finance team to structure deals and negotiate pricing strategies that align with company profitability goals.
• Reporting & Forecasting
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to senior leadership.
• Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the CRM system and ensure data is up to date for tracking and forecasting purposes.
• Client Feedback & Service Improvement
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to the leadership team regarding client concerns, suggestions, and opportunities for improvement in service offerings.
• Work with the advisory and consulting teams to identify service improvements that can be marketed to clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
• Experience :
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the professional services industry (e.g., auditing, accounting, consulting).
• Proven track record of sales success in driving business growth and building high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of services related to company setup, auditing, accounting, advisory, and consulting.
• Education :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Skills :
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to understand complex business models and offer solutions based on clients' needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High-level interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
