We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Head of Sales to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment and have a passion for real estate sales, client relationship management, and market analysis.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UAE's real estate market and be well-versed in property laws, transaction processes, and investment strategies. Our agents are expected to generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close high-value transactions while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital marketing strategies, and direct outreach.
Client Consultation & Relationship Management: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding market trends, pricing strategies, property evaluations, and legal requirements.
Property Transactions: Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, ensuring seamless transaction processes.
Property Viewings & Market Analysis: Schedule and conduct property tours, provide detailed comparative market analysis, and keep clients informed about investment opportunities.
Negotiation & Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms, sales prices, and payment plans, ensuring the best possible outcome for clients while adhering to company policies and market regulations.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) requirements and other applicable laws in Dubai.
Collaboration & Team Support: Work closely with marketing, administration, and finance teams to optimize the customer journey and enhance overall sales efficiency.
Continuous Learning & Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and economic factors affecting Dubai's real estate market.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in UAE, with a track record of successful sales transactions.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to handle high-net-worth clients professionally.
Deep understanding of UAE's real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently, generate leads, and close deals efficiently.
RERA certification is preferred or must be obtained within the first few months of employment.
Multilingual candidates (English + Arabic, Russian, or Chinese) are a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing, and social media for lead generation.
Valid UAE driver's license and own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory).
