Booktopia is a fast growing retail chain of Bookstores with strong educational and B2B Organisational collaborations to host School Bookfairs and Exhibitions. We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our commercial teams across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, driving business development and enhancing the Customer journey from lead generation to B2B Schools tie up and Collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with our organization's goals, focusing on School journey optimization and lead conversion.
Lead, inspire, and develop a team , ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial functions.
Lead Generation and Management:
Oversee offline lead generation strategies to drive awareness and engagement, coordinating efforts to capture a high volume of quality leads.
Manage the inbound lead process, ensuring all inquiries are effectively tracked, managed, to achieve targeted conversion rate.
Analyze and leverage data from Existing and Prospective Channels, financial reports, and marketing analytics to refine strategies and track success, with a focus on ROI and growth metrics.
Establish clear reporting structures and develop forecasting models, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
Partner with marketing and academic teams to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment of tactics across channels, enhancing the School Experience
Drive collaboration between departments, contributing to cross-functional initiatives that support business development goals.
This role requires an experienced sales leader preferably with experience working with Schools in UAE with a deep understanding of sales processes, marketing data analysis, preferably with a background in the education sector.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
