This crucial role will focus on driving sales through partnerships with leading real estate agents, optimizing sales processes, and creating impactful marketing strategies tailored to the Abu Dhabi market. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a thorough understanding of the local real estate landscape.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Direct all front-line sales operations, foster partnerships with real estate agents, and strive to meet sales targets.
Sales Operations Management: Streamline sales processes from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
