We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager with exceptional experience in FMCG or consumer goods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, customer relationship management and inventory optimization within UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Conduct thorough market research to uncover trends and areas for growth.
Sales Management:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Lead salesforce management to optimize team performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
Customer and Inventory Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure availability and minimize waste.
Reporting and Strategy:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, delivering actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management on sales and market activities.
Collaboration:
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and superior service delivery.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within the FMCG or consumer goods sector in Dubai.
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management and salesforce leadership.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
