Position SummaryWe are seeking a consumer-oriented, dynamic IMC expert to lead the retail and marketing strategy for Visual Display (TV/AV) business segment and build strong local launch plans for upcoming flagship products, followed by on time in full execution across online and offline channels to meet marketing and business KPIs.Role and ResponsibilitiesMarket and Business Intelligence
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities
In-depth analysis of different data touchpoints and transform data into actions for VD team
Local Launch Plan Development & Execution
Identify business challenges and build strategies on how to tackle with new product launch
Brief cross-functional teams, get relevant inputs and build strong, executional plans across channels
Orchestrate the communication assets with clear target audience strategy and channel dynamics in mind
Develop buzz-driven and engaging activities that highlights product experiences through various experiential activities and local contents developed by influencers
Lead brand and platform collaborations for premium positioning and to attract HNWI and Gen Zs
Closely track campaign performance and optimize to meet campaign and business KPIs
Prepare reports on the activity details and performance, share best practices with HQ and RHQ teams
Lead cross-functional teams in executing the plans
Collaborate with, Sales and Product Management teams to identify right channels and offer for consumers
Work with Corporate Marketing teams on building strong media plan, and supporting on content adaptation that will be used across Digital, CRM, PR, TV, OOH, Cinemas
Analytics and Reporting
Prepare periodic reports that measures the success of marketing initiatives
Investigate results, root causes, and opportunities for expansion
Present findings to senior management
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture
Provide guidance and support to achieve the marketing and business goals
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree required, preferably in business or marketing. MBA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in either brand/product management, upstream/downstream marketing, and integration sales required.
Proven success in developing and executing promotional campaigns for product launches required.
Experience contributing to the development of strategic marketing plan required.
Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinating their activities to achieve desired results required.
