Job Description
ResponsibilitiesOversees all factory quality processes, including health, safety, and ISO compliance, driving improvement initiatives and maintaining high standards across production.Focus:
- Drives quality in production across all furniture manufactured by the company.
- Engages with the furniture design team to input quality angle at a design/prototype stage
- Responsible for quality, HS&E sign off in prototyping stage.
- Identifies areas of improvement in design, process and management including identify and implement training needs
- Ensure quality and safety standards on the factory floor.
- Lead continuous improvement and lean practices in manufacturing.
- Act as the primary quality contact for client inquiries related to factory operations.
