We are looking for Quality Lead, who have an experience in handling quality in a home care setting or in a quality field.
Collecting data on key performance assigned
Submission of KPI data before the deadline assigned
Ensure to review the data for compliance and non-compliance before quarterly submission of KPI
Assist in identifying outcome measures to evaluate effectiveness of applied standards
Assist in the implementation of improvements identified, policies and procedures
Mandatory participation in all Quality related meetings
Ensuring awareness of departmental staff about the KPI performance levels and corrective actions identified
Participate in audits
Data validation
Ensure data confidentiality
Ensure their departmental staff is aware about policy updates, process improvement projects, preventive and corrective actions planned based on KPIs', OVRs, Internal and external audits, Inspections and facility rounds
Conduct audit of patients' files
Updating and revising policies if needed.
Schedule and coordinate trainings inside and outside the organization.
Attend weekly operational meeting, as needed.
Other ad hoc tasks that may arise.
