• Develop and execute robust QA/QC strategies aligned with global best practices.
• Ensure compliance with international and client-specific quality standards, including ISO 9001, ASME, API, and Saudi Aramco and ADNOC requirements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team in establishing quality management systems for complex EPC projects.
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, and supplier evaluations to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of quality and operational excellence.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 10+ years in QA/QC roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within large-scale EPC, construction, or oil & gas projects.
• Client Expertise: Hands-on experience with Saudi Aramco or ADNOC projects, including knowledge of their quality standards and processes.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field); Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• Certifications: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor or equivalent certifications.
• Technical Skills: Mastery of quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, and familiarity with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods.
• Leadership Excellence: Strong team-building and stakeholder management skills to inspire confidence and collaboration.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance operational quality.
• Establish rigorous Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance throughout project lifecycles.
• Lead efforts to obtain and maintain certifications critical to project success.
