KAIZEN Asset Management Services is a leading property management firm in Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Property Management to lead our property management division. At Kaizen, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional management services that ensure the smooth operations, maintenance, and enhancement of our clients\' properties. The Head of Property Management will be responsible for overseeing all property management activities, including managing property portfolios, supervising property managers, and developing and implementing strategic plans for efficient and effective property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the property management division, aligning with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee the management of property portfolios, ensuring efficient operations, tenant satisfaction, and maximum rental income.
• Supervise and provide guidance and support to property managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and tools to successfully manage properties.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
• Monitor property performance, analyze financial reports, and implement strategies to optimize rental income and minimize expenses.
• Oversee vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services within budgetary constraints.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, and provide strategic recommendations to drive continuous improvement in property management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property management, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, local regulations, and landlord-tenant laws.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, market trends, and financial reports to drive decision-making.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and contract negotiation.
• Valid UAE driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
