Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Director with over 10 years of expertise in aluminum and glazing to oversee and manage high-profile projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets.

Oversee all phases of project development, from concept to completion.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Lead project teams, including engineers, architects, and subcontractors.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with project goals.

Foster collaboration and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and consultants.

Provide regular updates and reports on project status, challenges, and solutions.

Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality outcomes.

Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.

Review and approve project-related expenses, invoices, and change orders.

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and address project risks proactively.

Ensure that all materials and workmanship meet the highest standards.

Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control measures.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in aluminum and glazing projects, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the UAE or GCC.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards.

Other Requirements:

Valid UAE driving license.

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
