:Role : Head of Products- Wealth Management
Location : Abu DhabiRole Purpose:
Lead the wealth management product team in delivering best in class wealth products & solutions to ADIB customers across all client segments.The role will be responsible for delivery of WM budgeted revenues (AED 185 mil for 2024) through:

• New product launches
• Enhancing WM product capabilities
• RM training & sales aids
• Periodic product performance reviews and rebalancing
• Regulatory compliance & risk management
• Competitor and market analysis

Key Accountabilities of the role

• Launch new products & solutions for various client segments like Gold, Diamond & Private banking
• Enhance WM product platform by introducing new asset classes suitable for various risk profiles
• Ideate strategic and tactical product ideas in line with financial market conditions and outlook
• Onboard and manage third party product providers
• Provide regular product updates and training to frontline on new and existing products and share rebalancing opportunities
• Conduct regular product and provider reviews to address concentration risk and ensure portfolio health
• Ensure the products, documents and processes are in full compliance of regulatory and internal guidelines at all times
• Interface with all stakeholders within the bank to ensure financial and non-financial objectives are met within timelines

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• In-depth knowledge of wealth products, asset classes and global and regional financial markets
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving and complex environment while meeting deadlines
• Leadership qualities and team management skills

Previous experience required (if any)

• PG degree in finance/ accounts (CFA preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience within Wealth/ asset management industry
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements for WM business (SCA/ CB UAE/ DIFC/ ADGM)
