Location: Dubai
Salary: Up to 30K AED
Our client, a premium fragrance brand based in Dubai, is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Production to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in managing high-end commercial campaigns, photoshoots, and social media content. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working within an in-house production team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage production teams to deliver high-quality content
Develop and execute content strategies and planning
Oversee all aspects of content production, ensuring timely and successful delivery
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in production, preferably in the beauty or luxury sector
Proven expertise in managing high-volume photoshoots, including production operations and freelance bookings
Ability to manage projects from initial concept through to post-production and final delivery
Deep understanding of the roles and responsibilities of photo and film crew members
Flexibility to work outside of standard hours when necessary
Previous experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is a plus
Candidates must be based in Dubai or open to relocating
