Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Head of Private Financing Platform (PFP) for our client. This role is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and overall management of the platform, ensuring it aligns with client needs and adheres to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a blend of financial expertise, leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of the fintech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategic vision for the private financing platform, aligning it with client goals and regulatory requirements within ADGM.
• Lead the platform's operations, including deal origination, due diligence, execution, and post-deal management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investors, businesses seeking financing, and other stakeholders to expand the platform's reach and impact.
• Ensure the platform's compliance with ADGM regulations and international financial standards, maintaining high levels of transparency and integrity.
• Drive innovation within the platform, utilizing technology to improve user experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Stay informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to adjust strategies and maintain the platform's leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in private financing, venture capital, private equity, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful transactions.
• In-depth understanding of the regulatory environment in ADGM and experience navigating financial regulations in a fintech context.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities and a broad network within the private financing ecosystem.
• A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
